Installs directly over a standard 12 inch rough flange (distance between the center of toilet flange or bolts on toilet waste outlet to the wall not baseboard). Color is Kohler's Swiss Chocolate. This particular unit is in great shape for its age, there are a few very small scratches at the front of the bowl very common for age. No cracks or structural damage to the toilet. All tank parts except the original Kohler trip lever have been removed.
A standard 2 flush valve, fill valve, tank to bowl bolts and Kohler 3 bolt triangle design gasket will work (found at Lowe's/Home Depot or any hardware store) is a complete toilet repair kit that will work for this toilet to be installed and operate correctly! The seat will be included and is a few months old.
As a plumber myself, I highly and honestly recommend toilets that use 3.5 gallons per flush or more especially in older homes that have existing cast iron drain lines as they are very porous and require plenty of water to flush out all waste to the city sewer or septic system on one flush compared to modern 1.6 gallon per flush or less toilets that frequently need a second flush. 90% of the homes that have internal sewer blockages or house trap blockages are especially susceptible with 1.6 or less GPF toilets! Happens all the time once these older toilets are replaced.
Thank you for visiting, have a great day.
